“TCI services saved my property from expensive damage to concrete and utilities from tree roots. I called TCI to schedule preventative Aphid treatment and pruning in lieu of a licensed tree trimmer I usually did business with that could not treat tree for Aphids. Bill, the certified arborist and Vice President of TCI immediately recognized the issues with tree, prepared a report with photos to enable HOA to approve emergency removal of tree and the grinding of stump. The personnel who accomplished those tasks were professional, responsive to my questions during removal and grinding, and accomplished tasks without damaging my or neighbor’s property. Now, TCI is working with me to secure HOA approval in consultation with Sacramento Tree Foundation for a new tree in an adjacent strip of lawn. I highly recommend TCI for quality and affordable tree care.”
